Refund Policy

There are no refunds for any products/services offered by our ebookemporium. All sales are final.

Please note that users who filed a chargeback/dispute request or a claim are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds  will not be issued in situations as follows:

  •  You have changed your mind about using our product and service.

  •  You purchased our product/services by mistake

  •  You do not have sufficient expertise to use our products.

  •  You experience dissatisfaction with our system after purchase.

  • No refunds will be given on calls if;

  • You book accidentally

  • Your problem is not solved

  • Once a call is booked you can’t cancel it

  • Calls are non-refundable
